Aaa DaDaDa.

Over Presidents Day weekend we took a little family vaca to St George, Utah.
It was clear skies, warm weather and so nice to get away from the snowy ice cold weather here in Salt Lake City.
Even though I had a little cold during our 3 day weekend, it was nice to get away and spend some time with family.

Noah has started to say dada and while we were out of town this became his favorite thing to say all day long! It is SO exciting listening to his first baby words and made that dada of his proud! He also took his first swim and first walk to the park. He was talking and giggling the whole time with his big blue eyes as wide as could be. He took in all that he could until he zonked right out on the walk back to the condo.

We are beyond excited to say goodbye to this cold winter and hello to spring here in a few short months!

family time.

The other night we went to noodles and company as a little family to have dinner. Noah was so happy and excited to be with his dad. I love watching these two! He was cooing and giggling and all smiles! After dinner we went over to barnes & noble to get Noah his first Christmas book. We have always loved going there together since we got married!
When we got home we finished decorating our little Christmas tree.
We have a bigger tree but I didn't think it would fit in our apartment but after putting this little one up I realized it would have and I was bummed! But it turned out cute any way.
Noah watched mama decorate and looked at the bright lights in his cozy christmas moose pajama's. Then we put Noah's First Christmas ornament that we had made for him on the tree. He LOVES giving kisses now and he wouldn't stop so we got a picture :)
His little train ornament that I LOVE! This will be given to him to put on his very own tree every year with his SO BOY ornaments. I'm excited for this tradition!

hello

November.

Time is flying by and i find myself way too busy to blog! But this month I want to do most of my blog posts on what I am most thankful for.
So today I'm starting out with my greatest blessing!
my oh-so-sweet HUSBAND who I am so lucky to spend the rest of forever with.
I love that my days begin with him and my days end with him. If only I could spend ALL day LONG with him! I miss that man every second we are away from each other and I still get so excited to see him come home at the end of the day.
Chandler has never missed a day leaving to work without kissing me goodbye, whether I'm asleep or he's in a hurry.
He has always done that one little thing that makes my days start out the best. And now he does the same for Noah and it makes me melt watching him be a loving dad to our son.
Chan is a great dad and I already know our children will look up to him and love him unconditionally.
I feel overwhelmed with gratitude for this man in my life for all that he has done for me and all that he is doing for our family and for our future.

I continue to fall in love with him and my love for him is and will always be never ending.

Love you, babe.

breakfast with this babe.

Over the weekend we went out to Kneaders for breakfast as a family.
Of course we had our little guy with us, but he was snoozing away while we ate.
It was nice to have a morning together and being able to sit down and just talk.
I hope we can do this more often!
Not to mention Kneaders has the yummiest french toast and pancakes around
topped with the best syrup I have ever tasted!
