Noah's 12 Month Favorites.

Age: One Year!!!
Stats: 19.6 lbs. (10th percentile), 30.5 inches (75th percentile)
Clothes: He still fits into his 9-12 month clothes. I've been putting 12-18 month clothes on him too.

Favorite Foods: Pasta, Graham Crackers, Carrots, Squash, Pears, Banana's, Peas, Cantaloupe, Avocados, Jelly Toast, Ritz Crackers and Fruit & Veggie pouches. Or anything that his dad is eating.
Favorite Words: Dada, Mama, Grandma (Nana), Patty Cake, No, Hi, Bye (Bu-Bye), This, Thank You (Day-ooo), Ruff Ruff, Uh Oh, Dog.

Favorite Activities: Going to the park and sliding down the slide or swinging on the swing, swimming, crawling up the stairs over and over, pulling things apart and putting them back together, playing tag with his dad around the house, singing time, feeding the animals with his Papa, coloring, riding around on his tricycle and bath time.

Signature Moves: Giving big slobbery kisses, brushing his own hair, bouncing up and down when music comes on (dancing), crawling around saying "ruff ruff" and acting like a doggy, covering his eyes with his blanket or hands waiting for us to ask "where's Noah?", brushing his teeth, holding the back of his hand up to his ear like its a phone, and the one that kills us lately is him laughing at himself when he thinks he's funny.

Mom's Proudest Moment: When he gets sad or is tired I will hold him and he will pat my back as I pat his and say "oooooh" to try and calm me down too.

Dad's Proudest Moment: The other night Noah wouldn't eat any of his food or milk unless he was sitting on dads lap and he was pretending to eat his food with him. Little stink!

Other Milestones:

He is matching words with objects and names with people.
He is starting to feed himself with a fork and spoon.
He is very close to walking on his own and took his first steps on August 9th.
He has 5 teeth and is working on number 5.
He crawls up the stairs and is starting to pull himself up on things.

Pregnancy Must Haves, round 1.

1. The most perfect leggings for those prego mama's who are starting to see their little baby bump. I wore these so much during my pregnancy. You have a choice of black or grey. I couldn't stand having anything snug around my belly so I ordered these leggings from Gap and they were a life saver!

2. Rejuvenating lip balm for those cracked dry lips. I'm not one to use chapstick but while I was pregnant I loved this stuff. I kept it next to my bed because for some reason I would always wake up with dry lips.

3. Blooming Beautiful Because we are all terrified of stretch marks... I used the Blooming Beautiful skincare on my belly during my pregnancy and I promise you, it saved my skin! It's insane how far your skin can stretch and my belly was LARGE while pregnant with my son. For those of you who don't believe you can prevent stretch marks, think again.

4. Drink that water! Your body is going through so much during pregnancy and it's so important to remember your water!!! I was always on the go while pregnant so I went out and bought a nice water bottle to help remind me to drink and also to keep that water cool since my pregnancy went through the hot dreadful summer ice cold water was always refreshing.

5. Coolmax Pregnancy Pillow. Do your self a favor and buy a NICE (because there are some awful ones) pregnancy pillow. By the end of the day you will be glad you did. These things are GLORIOUS to sleep with and when you're pregnant you are taking extra naps and sleeping more during the night. This is a MUST!

6. Ballet Flats. I don't know about you but my feet went through a lot while pregnant. Buying a nice pair of flats for those tired feet that are a little shocked from carrying around some extra weight is a good idea.
